FITNESS BATCH comprises if workouts like running agility workout,stamina building,yoga and various other workouts.
Morning Batch -

MORNING BATCH will be full about court movements,shadows,floor exercises,strengthening workout,ets
Evening Batch -
[ 3.00 PM - 8.00 PM ]
EVENING BATCH will be strokes,shuttle feeding,tricks, tactics and improving personal skills of each player.
Key Features of the summer camp
- One on one Coaching -Individual care will be taken for each and every student.
- There will be fitness instructor,physio and badminton coaches.
- 6-8 sessions with Indian Top players.
- Shuttle feeding machine and only new shuttlecocks will be
used throughout the camp.
